FITBODY Pink™
Expert-Led Fitness & Nutrition Coaching for Breast Cancer Survivors

FITBODY Pink™ was created by a coach who has spent decades helping women build strong, athletic bodies — and who understands firsthand what it takes to do that after breast cancer.
This program brings together elite-level fitness expertise, personalized coaching, remission supporting nutrition, and real-world survivorship experience to support women who want more than “safe movement.” More than, just getting back to normal.
FITBODY Pink™ is for women who are ready to take control and achieve the FIT BODY of their dreams after breast cancer.
Who I Am Beyond the Diagnosis

My name is Julie Lohre.
I’m an IFBB Fitness Pro, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Nutrition Specialist with over 20 years of experience coaching women worldwide. I’ve helped more than 2,000 women transform their bodies through structured strength training, macro-based nutrition, and consistent habit-building.
My background includes:
• IFBB Fitness Professional and Olympia/Arnold Classic competitor
• Research engineer for Tampax® & Always® with Proctor & Gamble
• Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Specialist
• Pioneer in the Online Fitness Coaching category developing the world’s first programs in 2002.
• Featured cover model and contributor for major fitness publications
• Competitor on American Ninja Warrior
• Decades of experience coaching women over 40 through hormonal change
• Extensive work in body recomposition, fat loss, and muscle building

Long before FITBODY Pink™ existed, my work centered on helping women reclaim strength during major life transitions — menopause, competition prep, injury recovery, hormonal shifts, and metabolic slowdown.
Breast cancer didn’t create that mission.
It deepened it.
Why My Experience Matters
I’ve been diagnosed with breast cancer twice — Invasive Lobular Carcinoma and Invasive Ductal Carcinoma two different types, two years apart — and underwent first breast conserving treatment with a lumpectomy and radiation followed by a double mastectomy two years later after my second cancer diagnosis. To this day, I take Tamoxifen, a Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator, and deal with the side effects of that hormone therapy. I’ve experienced treatment, recovery, hormone disruption, forced menopause, and the psychological impact of learning to trust my body again.

That experience informs my coaching, but it doesn’t replace my expertise.
What sets FITBODY Pink™ apart is the combination of:
• Clinical understanding of survivorship considerations
• Elite-level strength training knowledge
• Decades of coaching women’s bodies through change
• Personal experience navigating recovery and rebuilding
This allows me to coach with precision — not fear — and to help women move forward without shrinking their goals.
My Approach to Coaching Women After Breast Cancer
I don’t believe breast cancer survivors need to be fragile.
I believe they need informed structure.
Strength training & nutrition, when programmed correctly, supports:
• Muscle preservation and rebuilding
• Bone density and joint integrity
• Metabolic health and body composition
• Decreased cancer recurrance
• Confidence and physical autonomy
FITBODY Pink™ uses the same proven coaching framework I’ve used for decades — adapted intelligently for survivorship, treatment history, and life stage.
No extremes.
No generic plans.
No guesswork.

What FITBODY Pink™ Represents
FITBODY Pink® is the intersection of experience, science, and lived understanding.
It represents:
• Coaching led by the same expert who designs every plan
• Long-term thinking instead of short-term fixes
• Respect for what women’s bodies have been through — and what they’re still capable of
This isn’t about “getting your old body back.”
It’s about building a stronger one — with clarity, confidence, and expert guidance.
Who This Program Is For
