I’m not just a coach—I’m a two-time breast cancer survivor who’s walked this road myself. I’ve faced the fear, the fatigue, the weight gain, and the deep frustration that comes when your body doesn’t feel like your own anymore. I’ve taken Tamoxifen. I’ve gone through a double mastectomy. I’ve rebuilt my strength from the ground up—not once, but twice.
